Some computer with Windows 7 Operating System may run into some problems in running Borland Delphi 7. This happens because of the limited security access for certain users to Borland Delphi 7 installation directory in program files.

1. Open My Computer, right click "C:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi\Bin" then select Properties.
